Hello, my Xbox 1 will not turn off unless I hold the power button for 10 seconds. It also will not connect to a monitor, or go into pairing mode to connect with a controller. I have tried some trouble shooting like, turning it off and on again, clearing the cache, switching HDMI cords, and switching the outlet that it is plugged into. I am using the same monitor that it used to work on. The problem started when I tried to use my Xbox for the first time in a couple months and it did not turn on. (side note, I have no clue what tag this fall under so I am just going to put a random one down)
