Hi I am developing a powerpoint add-in, and it is mostly ready.
But I faced strange issue when showing add-in to someone else.
When I upload manifest.xml file through Insert->Add-ins->Upload My Add-in
It works from my own account w****@Stuff .com.
But when I switch to another account j***@n****.co - add-in upload fails silently, without any error message.

And also I have attached my manifest.xml file
Can you please point me how these two accounts are different? Why could upload does work under one and does not under another? How are these accounts different? Could there be any specific add-in related settings?
