Hi all,

is there a way to have users (automatically) informed, if their request for releasing a mail from quarantine got denied?
If I approve the request, the user gets his mail. But if I deny the request because it actually is malicious, the user does not know, if his request was ever processed.

    Hi @AndAuf ,

I’ve done a lot of research according to the requirement. It seems to be impossible to set an automatically reply when you remove the email from quarantine.

Because after you click Yes in the warning that appears, the messages are immediately deleted removed from quarantine without being sent to the original recipients.

You could get more details about the issue from the document.
