User is unable to login in skype for business

Hi,

Need help!

One of our user is unable to login in skype for business since his skype ID is created.

Deleted cache file.
Deleted Trace files.
Deleted SIP folder.
Disabled and enabled skype ID on skype server. Moved to different pool.
Tried login on different computer. No luck so far.

Note : User is able access skype from web mail.

    Could you tell me the steps of creating Skype ID for Skype for Business user?

    Skype and Skype for Business are two different products. In general, it has no impact between them.

    You could delete your Skype for Business sign-in info and try again.
