Outlook Keep showing Inbox updating and emails are not loading

Hi Team, we are facing a strange issue with Office 365 emails. While we configure a outlook profile for any user in new device. After a certain time, outlook is keep showing inbox is updating and nothing is happening. I have follow the below steps to resolve the same. But no luck.

  1. Recreate outlook profile.
  2. Reconfig network settings.
  3. Uncheck cache mode.

Please help to advise on the same.

    What the detailed version of Outlook are you using? Check the version via (File > Office Account > About Outlook)

    Regarding this case, it is recommended you try the folloing troubleshooting:

    • Make sure that you have upgrade Outlook to the latest version via (File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now)
    • Some add-ins may cause the issue, try starting Outlook in safe mode: Press Windows+R, type outlook.exe /safe in the run command.
    • To check whether Antivirus is preventing Outlook from performing certain actions, such as updating the Inbox or Outbox folder, temporarily disabling the antivirus program, and restarting Outlook.
    • Repairing your Office programs can resolve issues with Outlook not responding or freezing:
      Quit any Office programs that are running, go to Control Panel, choose Programs and Features.
      In the list of installed programs, right-click on Microsoft Office, and then choose Change.
