MS-Tunnel does not update and connect after restart to clients

Dear All,

i have installed and configured successfully MS-Tunnel on Centos 7 with docker.
The Problem is after a restart of the VM i am unable to perform updates on the MS-Tunnel from the MEM/Intune Dashboard.
The MS-Tunnel still regularly checks into the Dashboard but the button to upgrade the tunnel is greyed out(turning it to automatic does not make a difference). Also a warning is prompted for an outdated version.
My investigation on the logs showed the following

Since MS-Tunnel leverages OpenConnect i found the following

Since i dont have premium support i am in a loop since 3 Months with the support still at the point. Please restart ...

@Alexander Tiemann , I am sorry to hear that your poor experience from Phone support. With Q&A limitation, the only suggestion I can give is as below:

For the button "upgrade the tunnel" is greyed out, based as i know, if the available upgrade shows no in site list, this is a normal behavior I think.

Due to the connection issue, it can be the token for server and oidc expired. You can consider to use the latest script to reinstall Microsoft Tunnel to see if it can help.

You can try the above suggestion. If it still not work, you can continue discussing with Phone support to see if we can get more help. Or if anyone has meet this situation, I appreciate your help to share here.

Thanks for the hint but i got the warning that i am running on an outdated version

@Alexander Tiemann , Thanks for the reply. For the warning, it seems this is one version behind. Could you let us know how did we configure "Automatically upgrade servers at this site"? Is it set Yes or N?

if i change it to automatically it is still not updating. I have set it to Yes and No for a week each with no change.

Hi,

i had the same problem. I uninstalled the tunnel with ./mst-cli uninstall. Then install again and it works.

You can find mst-cli under /usr/sbin/mst-cli.
