PersonDirectory API V1.0-preview is throwing a 403 - UnsupportedFeature Error

Question

The service was working fine until last week, but now I keep getting the same "403 - UnsupportedFeature Error" even to list the persons inside the persondirectory.

Have Azure changed anything regarding the access to the Face v1.0-preview API ? My Resource is located in west-central US, so this API should be accessible according the documentation:

Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry for your experience. You should have received an email from us about the Face API limitation.

Face service access is limited based on eligibility and usage criteria in order to support our Responsible AI principles. You got this error since what you are trying to call is now limited access to them because you have not been approved to use that capability. Face service is only available to Microsoft managed customers and partners. Please use the Face Recognition intake form to apply for access- aka.ms/facerecognition.
