Deploying Microsoft 365 Apps Device-based Licensing

HiI am new to Intune and setup a couple test computers to be Azure Hybrid AD joined. We have an 

Microsoft 365 Apps device based license on the O365 portal and created a device group. I followed the steps listed in the link below for Intune deployment and nothing has been installed on the computer. Any suggestions?

    For this issue, please make sure that all the prerequisites are met:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/apps-add-office365#before-you-start

    Then please check if there is two folders Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office 15 appearing in the Program Files directory of the device.
