Sounds like the simplest solution may be to clean install the operating system.

    like mfplat.dll is missng ,

Mfplat.dll is a DLL from Media Foundation
You can try to install Media Feature Pack for N versions of Windows 10
(and never copy a DLL alone from a site : DLLs have nearly always Dependencies (other linked DLLs))

    Hi Morganledean-8866,

Did you perform the 5 installations from the same image? If so, you may need to create a new image and try again. It’s also possible that there’s an issue with the SSD. Have you performed a disk check?

I hope this answers your question.
