Good day,

I am trying to get emails from a shared mailbox inbox also show up in my main inbox, meaning not just forward it to my email, but be actually connected, ie if I assign a color or flag the e-mail. It will also show up in the shared email group so others will see it. The same goes for unread and read.

    Hi @Ricky Chau ,

    Welcome to our forum!

It is recomended you contact your administrator to create a transport rule, which will Bcc all the messages sent to shared mailbox to your personal mailbox.
    See the following screenshots:

Have you tried adding the shared mailbox to your outlook profile?
You would then have these taken care of " ie if I assign a color or flag the e-mail. It will also show up in the shared email group so others will see it. The same goes for unread and read"
But it won't show up in your personal inbox, it will in a different folder.
