windows 10 couldn't access windows-server 2019 smb share

Question

i create a smb share on windows-server 2019, eg c:\share1，then create a user group named IT and add a user itu1 in IT group。
Then in a windows 10 pc access the smb share , login use itu1 account ,but can not access, info user or passwd error, i'm sure the user and passwd is correct

Hi,

Are you creating the user group via AD and have you given the members of the group permission to the share? As it’s a user log in error, you may find that there’s a problem with the user account and you should double check that you’re using the correct username and password and that the user is in the correct group with the correct permissions.
