New workspace in West Europe

I am not able to create a synpase in West Europe for unknown reasons. I can create In Germany for example but not westEurope or NorthEurope. Any reason why?

I tried unregister and register back both Microsoft.Sql and Microsoft.synapse and keep getting the same result. Nonetheless, use another region is not an option since i need to connect to a dynamics environment which is in west europe.

Any suggestion?

As per the repro, I'm able to successfully create a synapse workspace in West Europe region:

How many Synapse workspace have you created in your subscription?

Share the details of the subscription type (Free Trial, Student, Pay-As-You-Go or any other)?

As per the error message, Location 'westeurope' is not accepting creation of new Windows Azure SQL Database servers for the subscription - could you please try creating in another region and see if that works. In case, if your requirement to create it in westeurope region. I would request to raise a quota request via support ticket.
