The event viewer 41 entries are most often caused by malfunctioning hardware when there are no BSOD.

Software stress tests can sometimes identify the malfunctioning hardware component.

Most often swap testing is required.

For laptops / notebooks swap testing is very limited and often requires servicing in a local computer store.

If you want to run software stress tests comment into this thread and links can be provided.

Did you try disabling gpu or chipset driver?, the most of times kernel power would be caused by a needed driver, that is the biggest bug since windows 8, if you have issues that you can trace to a driver, then windows would not fix (except ram, hdd and wifi).

For example, first, try disabling or upgrading gpu to basic windows vga, I'm not talking about uninstall it; you will lose max performance config, shared memory, cuda support, high fps specs; you won't lose 3d and directx basic acceleration, because your vga card has high physical memory.

Usually, needed driver that causes kernel power without blue screen is related of vga or gpu driver, you should begin by testing it first.
