Exam Reschedule

Dears,

Recently I rescheduled a Microsoft AZ-104 Exam for another date appointment with Pearson Vue.

the case is the appointment date is not being updated and reflected on Microsoft dashboard as below
even after refresh and logout and login and exiting browser and use different ones

Please be informed that i went to take the AZ-900 exam today as scheduled, unfortunately, the Exam Center Server was down. I felt bad because I used lot of time and energy studying for this exam.

This exam was a free voucher provided to me by Microsoft.

It wasn't my fault. I was at the exam center at 11:45 AM, and the scheduled time for the exam was 12:30 PM, that was the situation I found myself in today.

Please help me to claim back the free voucher.

Once I missed the exam, and contacted Pearson Vue to reschedule on phone or by chat support they may do it for you.
