C++ isn't available in WDM Properties VS 2019

WDM Empty /Driver Propeties /Configuration Properties
doesn't contain C++ subsection & thus it's not possible to manage Spectre Mitigation while it's enabled.
as with KMDF it's managable;
is it Specs of WDM?! or Devs just missed it?!

It's better to confirm this with VS Product Team/C++ Team here: Developer Community - C++. Besides, you may consider setting this property:
<Driver_SpectreMitigation>false</Driver_SpectreMitigation>in WDM(Empty) project file(.vcxproj).
