Outlook online: People who sent email to us get a delivery error but the email is delivered to us

The senders get the following error in the bounce email:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

A communication failure occurred during the delivery of this message. Please try to resend the message later. If the problem continues, contact your email admin.

Diagnostic information for administrators:

Generating server: AM5P18901MB0100.EURP189.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM
xxxxx@harsh.com .com
Remote Server returned '550 5.5.0 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable (S2017062302).'

What we notice is that the email address is changed from live.nl to outlook.com.

Not sure what is going wrong here.
Online help has not been helping with the information to solve this issue.

Please help us with this.

    In order to verify, what type of account are you using?

    According to my search, the error message"550 5.5.0 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable" that could be due to:

    • Recipients have too much message and the server hosting it isn't accepting any more.
      So given this case, you need to view your mailbox and remove unwanted email from your inbox or archive folders.
    • Besides, add the email address to your safe sender and let the sender resend an email to test if the issue continues.
