How do modify Windows Filter PLatform Rule

Hello I am working on an issue with network isolation dropping tons of corporate traffic. Found it is because of this windows filtering platform that you can not disable apparently. I got GPO added that helped a bit with the problem which was it was causing network latency bad. I am on a gig connection and only geting 5mb down. I am getting 30 up though so haha... Anyhow I want to try to modify a few of the rules and enable the edge traversal option. How do you do that? I know it is through the Set-NetFireWallRule command, but I can not find how to enable that option. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
