Italian Text To Speech

Hi, it's the first time I try the Italian voices for TTS with Azure. The first phrase I try is: "buongiorno, come state ?" And the pronunciation was so terrible! instead of 'state' it says 'stait' ... Then, I try with other phrases but the first impact was really discouraging. And All the 3 Italian voices have the same error!

What can I do to correct this error and eventually others that I'll find??
