Can't buy premium on the Roblox app

Okay so basically I wanted to buy premium on the Roblox app with my microsoft giftcard, but once I press on "Buy Now", microsoft store opens and it says "Just a moment.." and then it just gets stuck in a never ending white loading screen. What can I do?
PS: it used to work fine before now, is there any new update I should know about?
