Integrity of Azure Vm, sql, Fileshare backup

Do we have any option to check the integrity of the azure backup ?

I understand you are looking for an option to perform integrity or consistency checks on the Azure VM, SQL DB and Azure File share backup.
There isn't any method in azure for running the integrity checks against backups. In general, users perform test restores periodically on the backups to alternate locations to ensure the VM backups are consistent.

For VM backups, an application-consistent backups are recommended for servers that run DB application like SQL, they simply mean a recovery point has all required data to restore the backup copy. Azure Backup provides application-consistent backups, which ensure additional fixes aren't required to restore the data. Restoring application-consistent data reduces the restoration time, allowing you to quickly return to a running state.
