WinRM over HTTPS PowerShell Command 'Hanging'

Hey guys,

Enabling WinRm over HTTPS is hanging.

Within PowerShell, when I run the winrm quickconfig -transport:HTTPS command (with an SSL in place) the script hangs (no errors) and does not show the 'Make These Changes (y/n)' prompt!

Server 2022!

Lost with this one! Any ideas appreciated.
