Host processs for windows services using microphone

Hi,
In recent time, I have noticed that my microphone was in usage. At first glance, I thought it was a desktop app but then I realized that it wasn't. It is a system app that is using it. This happens on both computers that I own. One runs windows 10 and the other windows 11. All of his started after the last update received. I have found the solution to the problem but I would like to ask why is this happening in the first place?

    I advise you to open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue so the Windows team would investigate it.
    Try restart your PC and see if the problem persists.
