MCT kit not received 2022

I had ordered my MCT welcome kit back in March 2022 post renewal of my MCT 2022-23. I still havent received my welcome kit. Could you pls check the same and revert back.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
