I want get a leave balance of particular leave type using function "GetAllLeaveBalance()"

Now i have values in registrar as

How to get that value in leavetype =x.leavetypemodel.Name

It is clear that LeaveType property is not defined or accessible by the the unknown type "registrar". You did not share he GetAllLeaveReportGrid() method or the resulting type so there's not much the community can do to help you. Please review your code.

LeaveTypeModel is a collection. Use standard C# syntax to index into a collection.

Which of the three items in the collection contain the value you're after???

The following C# syntax fetches the first item in the collection.

x.leavetypemodel[0].Name

I'm guessing you have design bug if one item is expected. Please see the C# programming guide which explains collections. Once you understand the basic concept I think you'll be able to come up with a different approach to solve this programming problem.
