What driver (or setup details) are needed to Windows 11 setup below?

When you install windows one of the first steps is to write the files and boot sector to disk, but in order to do that windows needs to access the disk via the disk controller. If the controller driver is not included on the install media then you'll need to provide it. Typically the files named oemsetup.inf, txtsetup.oem, and the *.sys file for your drive controller are what's required. Check with the manufacturer or their site for this.
