Hi to all,
on a HP ProBook 430 G7 with Windows 10 Pro (build 2004) even if i set the OS to "Do nothing" (under Control panel, Power settings) when i close the lid,
it shut down. If i temporary set the option to "suspend", then i click to "apply", and then again i set the option to "Do nothing" and the click again on "apply", it works (the laptop stay on also when i close the lid).
But when i restart Windows, the problems returns.
Any idea ?
Thank you.

    Hi
    You could try these methods:
    Run the troubleshooter:
    Open Control Penal,
Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Troubleshooting\System and Security,
    Press Power.

Update your drivers from HP’s official website.
    https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

    Reset Power Options
Search Command Prompt in the search bar,
    Run as administrator,
Type powercfg -restoredefaultschemes , press Enter
