I just got this same error today out of no where. BTW the gibberish string at the end (after 90&) is your Storage Account's Access Key, so I suggest you remove it.
I don't know why Synapse throw it out as plain text. That's quite a security risk.

Anyway have your issue has been resolve yet ?

I have the exact same issue from the same date this was posted. Still didn't solve it. A temporary solution would be to make a new blob container and copy everything from your original container to the new one. This is somehow working. I also addressed this question but no follow-up yet.
