An Azure managed PostgreSQL database service for app development and deployment.
Sry..but this is only online Azure,but i have Local server.Can you help me with this?

- And i wan't make Pipeline with update my Postgress DB.

Currently there is no build-in task that works for PostgreSQL Database. However you can refer to below articles to achieve this:
