Microsoft 365 Defender mail notification settings via API or PowerShell: get; set

Question

Does anyone know whether the email notification recipients can be programmatically retrieved or set, or what the current roadmap is for this feature?
E.g.:

1. https://security.microsoft.com/preferences2/email_notifications/
2. https://security.microsoft.com/settings/mtp_settings/email_notifications/

I need to get this for multiple customers. Via the website is not really feasible.
