Datasets Across workspaces in Azure Cloud

Hi,

Can anyone help me understand what I am asking? If I am using a report builder (Power BI) in a cloud workspace and I want to build the report based on a dataset that is in a different cloud workspace, would that be possible? If so, are there any performance issues that would result from this? Any other cons that I should be aware of, or just subjects that I should be aware of on this topic?
