Synology Drive Client Connectivity

  • Our machines are "set up for organization" and users log in using their o365 credentials and machines are connected to azure ad
  • we have some machines that were previously set up with local user login
  • we are attempting to set all users up with Synology Drive Client
  • machines that are set up with local login have no issues with this
  • machines "set up for org" can run the client, users can access, and syncing works fine, but:
    - if trying to use the "attach" icon within Outlook, when they "browse" the Synology Drive folder does not show
    - they cannot "save as" to the Drive, as it will not be visible when they browse for a save location
  • Again...when they simply open File Explorer, the drive is available and they are able to access it as they should

Is there a setting somewhere on Azure that is causing this issue?

TIA
