Windows Update has broken my Mobile Hotspot

Since window updates on June 21st, 2022 activating Mobile Hotspot causes failure of Firefox and my TV tuner.
I've used mobile hotspot for over a year with no problems and since that update I have the below problems:
o Turning on mobile hotspot causes Firefox to lose internet connection. If I quit Firefox, it won't even relaunch.
o Turning on mobile hotspot caues my ethernet HDHomeRun video tuner to quit working. Device becomes unavailable.
When I turn off mobile hotspot both problems disappear. I hope a new coming windows update fixes this problem.

    Update Network Driver. Visit the support site of the manufacturer to download and install the related driver.

    Type Troubleshoot in the search bar of your PC and open the Troubleshoot settings.
    Scroll down the right pane and select ‘Network Adapter’ and click on ‘Run Troubleshooter’.
    The PC will then start checking for the possible errors and will possibly detect the issue.
