How to get Transcript ID and Access code for Azure Certificate

Question

I am trying to get my transcript id and access code via below step but could not find it. How to I proceed?

Sign in to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx
Scroll down and click on 'Transcript' button. (Small Box)
Enter the Microsoft Login ID in and Password
Click on 'Share' option available on your Microsoft Certification Transcript page.
Enter the 'Access code' you would want to create, which must contain a minimum length of eight alphanumeric characters. (does not accept special characters)
Note that the 'Transcript ID' will be auto generated.
Click on ‘Share’.
The Generated Transcript Id and Access Code will be populated on the page.
Share/Store the Transcript Id and Access Code without the Fullstop (.)
