Unable to log in my hotmail account outside New Zealand

Hi

I would like to ask why I could not log in to my Hotmail account when I was in Turkey last month? will this issue continue to be there whenever I visit Turkey in the future?

Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.
