What information can my employer accès in TEAMS ? Can he access the conversations, chat, documents, etc. ?

    If you are using the commercial Teams/Office 365 service, your organization can potentially monitor and access any and all of your data.

    Based on my knowledge, it depends on your role in Teams, each role has different permissions in Teams. The following link shows the capabilities available for each role:
