Tenant to Tenant Mailbox Migration Fails - Dumpster exceed 30 GB however actual recoverable Item is very less

Dear All ,
We are doing a tenant to Tenant Migration Mailbox Migration Fail with below error :

**Error: ArchiveDumpsterExceedsTargetQuotaPermanentException: The size of Recoverable Items 37.3 GB (bytes) exceeds the Recoverable Items quota of the target mailbox database 30 GB (32,212,254,720 bytes).
**
However when we check for the recoverableItems folder , there is hardly any data,

Add the -Archive switch to view the archive stats.

You are bulls eye on the issue , what would be quickest method to delete the "Recoverable Items"
