Connect-azuread cmdlet does not work in automation account runbook

AZURE AD error Runbook using Powershell

Connect-azuread cmdlet does not work in automation account runbook. I am trying to create approxy using powershell.
Automation account managed identity is given "App admin"rights on AD.
When try to run the script in run book "You must call the Connect-AzureAD cmdlet before calling any other cmdlets."
Not sure how to authenticate to Azure AD when using runbook and managed identity. Please help.

Also are you being prompted with error "You must call the Connect-AzureAD cmdlet before calling any other cmdlets." even though you connecting to AD using Connect-AzureAD command let?
