Where can I forward suspicious emails from Microsoft

Question

This message came to me at hotmail, but it doesn't seem right since I didn't get anything sent to alternative email addresses

hotmail.department.alert@grigogon@gmail.com .com is where "Report The User" is directed (also looks suspicious)
