Importing RDB file from Windows RDP client into Mac Client?

Is there anyway to import or utilize the backup file(rdb) that the Windows RDP client provide with the Mac RDP client? Is there any powershell on the windows side to expand the file so the Mac version can import it?

IT seems odd that the two clients are so different at this point in time.
