OWA 2016 error ERR_HTTP2_INADEQUATE_TRANSPORT_SECURITY

Hi,
we have a customer that has Exchange Server 2016 CU5 on Windows Server 2016, and trying to access using Edge or Chrome it reports the error ERR_HTTP2_INADEQUATE_TRANSPORT_SECURITY (only works using Internet Explorer).
Does anyone know what is going on and how to resolve it?

    There are some fixes, test first and make sure you can reverse any change:

    Note that 2016 CU5 is a problem as well. You should be at CU16 or CU17.
