The error is
"Work or school account problem" - "We need to fix your work or school account (most likely your password changed). Select here to fix it in Shared experiences settings." (Screeny attached)
The user does not experience any problems, but it happens frequently, so it is not a password issue.
Normally I would tell my user that if there is no problem, then ignore it and move on, BUT this is my CEO, and he is annoyed, wanting to make sure there is not some problem festering.
I checked in "Access Work or School" settings, and his settings appear the same as mine (screeny attached), and I do not have the problem.
The only oddity that can be noted, is he takes his laptop home every night.
Any ideas on what this is and how to fix it?!

Yes, we did this and it works.
But that's not the question, the question is why does it keep coming back
Hi there,
There is nothing that needs to be “fixed.” There appears to be a bug in the way Microsoft has set up “Shared experiences” that brings up an incorrect error message.
-Click on Start / Settings (the gear in the left column).
-Click on System.
-Click on Shared Experiences in the left column.
-Turn off Nearby Sharing and Share across devices.
-That should turn off the notifications.
