I've been lately struggling with Windows notifications disappeared in Intune managed computers. I'm using deadlines, and lately I've been experiencing unexpected restarts without any notifications. I probably solved that problem by rising deadline to multiple days.
But now I've witnessed the scenario, that a computer does receive notification for the first time, user dismisses it and next day computer did unexpectedly restarted without any notifications. I noticed, that Intune update rings now missing the setting how many times and how often the notification repeats. I have screenshot from old settings, where I see this option, which is not available anymore.
So the problem is, that I can't have computers restart unexpectedly, I can't trust user to be aware of update icons in taskbar, and I can't disable deadline, because I need to make sure that sometime the computer will restart. Perhaps what has changed is, that repeatfull Notification options are now gone and we realized this problem only now.
My current settings, and with this, computer did hit sudden restart. (I am using short active hours, because computers work few hours during longer period of time, there is no fixed working time here.
And the main question is, why these settings are gone from Intune update rings availability?
@Pavel yannara Mirochnitchenko Honestly, I didn't find any information about why these two settings are gone. It is suggested to post in intune feedback portal. It is a place to collect customers' requirements and problems. Here is the link:

Is possible that the aim is to utilize Settings Catalog for this:
I transfered all settings to Settings Catalog - Windows Update for Business. The end result was, that computer still did restart without notifications with current settings:

I have learned, that no matter what you do with Intune Settings Catalog configuration, this Notification settings will always be turned off:
