How Can I Find the Correct Email Associated with my Certification?

I am trying to consolidate my emails & accounts, but before I do that I have to tie up all loose ends for my old Microsoft account. This means that if I used the old email to register and take my Microsoft Excel Associate Exam, I will need to transfer my certification data over to my new email. However, I cannot even find which email is associated with my certification in the first place, and I do not know how to.
