Dear Microsoft Support,
I am unable to link my account and the account which is linked to is the old one.
Any chance you can remove my current personal account and link the new one please.
I am happy if you like to merge my both profile so I can have all my certifications under one profile.

This account is only linking my ***ani@Microsoft Corporation .com account and not ***ani@harsh.com .com.
