How can I find who has done the package/Application distribution and updated content to distribution points,

We can use SCCM audit Status Messages to track who distribute the content:

1. Open All Audit Status Messages from a Specific Site.
   
2. Specify the site code and time.
   
3. Find who distribute the content.
