Microsoft Graph people API throws 502 Unkown Error

Facing 502 error for me/people as below for some user account only:

is there any reason why this will happen? and how I can fix it?

Hi I mean are the user's accessing this API and facing the issue are from Onprimse ?
Because in logs we can see that: "On Prem request failed with following exception."

Hi @ ZhengTing-9712, This looks like a issue from backend server,That is its happening on the On prem server as we have checked the logs there is no issue from Graph end.Thanks.

Thanks for the reply, but from our side only a few user is facing this 502 issue while the others are working as expected. can you please advise why this will happen?
