Teams calls dropping when receiving calls from another app

Question

At my workplace we run both Microsoft Teams and Ringcentral for internal and external calls. The issue is that when you are on a call, with either app, if a call comes through from the other program it drops both calls. This does not happen for everyone and only happening with 2 of the team members. Neither of them have linked their Teams to Ringcentral or vice versa, they use the same headset for both programs. Any help?

Are these two users using the same Teams version as others?
If not, please upgrade Teams and see if it can help with this issue.
