Associate Microsoft learning account error

The error message is [You do not have Learning account registered with anonymized@USER . Either try associating with a different Microsoft account, or complete the registration at www.microsoft.com/learning and try associating the account again.] when I click the button [Associate Microsoft learning account].
I have registered learning account with anonymized@USER .
Could you quickly confirm this incident because I want to schedule my azure exam before 6/30.
