Question

How do I access Office 365 that I have paid for?

If I log into the account that the invoice was sent to I don't get access.

Have you received one product key in email?
If yes, you need to redeem this key via going to setup.office.com and sign in with an existing Microsoft account or create a new one.

For more details, please refer to “Redeem a product key or activate Office”. After you bind your account to your Office license, you can find your subscription under Your Account (www.office.com).

If not, I would suggest you contact the seller to have a confirm.
