New phone, external account, "action required" and I don't have a QR

So, basically the title.
I've replaced my phone (still have the old one), I've managed to transfer all my accounts to the new phone.
Private and work-emails/accounts seem to be working fine, but I'm also using the app to log into a few external services - and while the accounts have been transferred, it says "action required" and wants me to scan a QR-code or enter link + code manually.
Problem is, I don't have either.
When I was added to the external services, all I got was a link to a document and that took me through the setup process - but now I can't seem to recreate the QR-code.
Any help?
